VIP is now in its 14th year of operation and has an experienced and capable staff of cooks and servers.  Among some of our satisfied customers are... well, just about everyone in Fargo-Moorhead.

VIP Catering has catered for the FargoDome suites for a number of years, provided food for daycare facilities, served lunches for post-funeral gatherings, done hors d'oeuvre parties for business open houses with up to 700 guests, served sit-down dinners for 300 at wedding receptions, and whipped up box lunches for five.

Our elegant but comfortable dining rooms feature book-lined brick walls and a variety of art by local artists and photographers.  Through some magic of acoustics, our classical musical selections do not drown out conversation and our customers can actually talk to each other.
